Returns Policy

Should our products not meet your expectations in any way, you can return them to ourselves and have either a full refund or a replacement product. We allow 14 days from the receipt of goods in which to do this. We cannot operate this policy on any garments that have been worn (for reasons of hygiene).

Cancelling an order:

• If you would like to cancel an order please go to Me and My Duds page, then my account and then select orders. If the status is still Pending please contact us immediately with the order number and notice of cancelation. We can then cancel the order and refund you.
• If the order has already been processed please wait till the product arrive, you then have 14 days to return the product and notify Smuggling Duds you wish to cancel the order. In this result we will only be able to refund the cost of the goods not the shipping cost involved.
