SMUGGLING DUDS UFC 215 GAMBLING GUIDE

After absolutely smashing it in our last outing (that clean sweep is coming!) it is already time for another UFC gambling guide. This time its UFC 215, which takes place in Edmonton, Canada and just happens to have an amazing card but a heck of a lot of evenly matched bouts! Which makes it hard for us, but as always, we are confident in our match picking abilities. Enjoy and don't forget to like and share please.

UFC 215

MAIN EVENT
Amanda Nunes (C) Vs Valentina Shevchenko (BW)
So the one time scheduled main event now finds itself down the pecking order. We went with the Brazilian in the rematch that didn’t happen in July but this time out we’ve had a change of heart. Nunes is a savage but expect Shevchenko to ride out the storm and steal a decision victory. She has the blueprint to beat the champion, it is just a matter of implementing it.
WINNER: Shevchenko
METHOD: Decision

Neil Magny Vs Raphael Dos Antos (WW)
Magny is a durable opponent who does back down from anyone often coming back to win a fight late on. Dos Antos however, is on a mission to get back in the limelight and at this weight should do the business.
WINNER: Dos Antos
METHOD: KO/TKO

Ilir Latifi Vs Tyson Pedro (LHW)
Australian superstar Pedro will be looking to build on his unbeaten record with an impressive performance against Swedish powerhouse Latiffi. It won’t be easy but Pedro always seems to pull it out the bag.
WINNER: Pedro
METHOD: KO/TKO

Jeremy Stephens Vs Gilbert Melendez (FW)
On paper this fight of the night written all over it. Fans should expect nothing short of fireworks with these two warriors and we can’t wait to see who gets their hands raised. It might be a close one and we might see someone announce their retirement at the end.
WINNER: Stephens
METHOD: Decision

PRELIMS (FOX SPORT 1)
Sara McMann Vs Kaitlin Vieira (BW)
Unbeaten her last 8 fights Viera is yet to have her time in the spotlight and is still relatively unknown. This can often work in a fighters favour as its takes off the pressure come fight time. McMann looked amazing her last outing and we think she’ll look to build on that in order to get back into title contention one more time.
WINNER: McMann
METHOD: Submission

Henry Cejudo Vs Wilson Reis (FLY)
Cejudo was king of the decision victories until he came face to face with Mighty Mouse and then lost again to Joseph Benavitez on points last December. Reis is another fighter who has a tendency to go the distance but will go for the submission if the opportunity presents itself. Cejudo must get back to winning ways and his work rate on the night should get him the win.
WINNER: Cejudo
METHOD: Decision

Sarah Moras Vs Ashlee Evans-Smith (BW)
TUF semi-finalist Moras hasn’t fought since July 2015, which could play a factor in her performance, as opposed to Evans-Smith who just fought in April. Moras is a super confident grappler which will be significant in this bout. Evans-Smith can often be unpredictable but has shown major improvements. We are going to out on limb here and say Moras gets the win. Maybe leave this one off the accumulator.
WINNER: Moras
METHOD: Submission

Gavin Tucker Vs Rick Glenn (FW)
Tucker is undefeated in 10 fights and should be able to make it 11 against ‘The Gladiator’ who didn’t really light up the octagon on his UFC debut.
WINNER: Tucker
METHOD: Decision

PRELIMS (UFC FIGHT PASS)
Mitch Clarke Vs Alex White (LW)
It could be a loser leaves town scenario here, definitely for Mitch Clarke. This one has judges’ scorecards written all over it and might even result in a draw but we’ll go with Clarke to save his bacon.
WINNER: Clarke
METHOD: Decision

Luis Henrique Vs Arjan Bhullar (HW)
Bhullar has been making a name for himself on the local Canadian scene and makes his UFC debut. He’s never faced an opponent as skilled as Henrique but the former Olympic wrestler should be able to produce the goods.
WINNER: Bhullar
METHOD: Submission

Kajan Johnson Vs Adriano Martins (LW)
Martins to upset the home crowd with a close decision victory.
WINNER: Martins
METHOD: Decision
